Prescription Contact Lenses

We offer a wide variety of contact lenses if you prefer to not wear glasses. This includes:

• Soft contact lenses
• Gas permeable contact lenses
• Multifocal contact lenses
• Toric contact lenses
• Scleral contact lenses

Contact lens makers use soft and flexible plastics to make soft contact lenses. This allows oxygen to pass through to the cornea, making them some of the most comfortable contacts you can buy. Also known as rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses, gas-permeable contact lenses are more durable than soft varieties and stay in place easier while being physically active.  

Unlike bifocal lenses which only have two prescriptions in each lens, multifocal contact lenses offer a spectrum of focusing power similar to progressive eyeglass lenses. Toric contact lenses, or torics for short, are soft lenses used to correct astigmatism. Scleral contact lenses are designed to work for patients with irregular corneas that couldn’t wear contacts otherwise.
